Day 1 : Fez – Ifrane – Middle Atlas – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga desert
“Desert Camel Tours” invite you to explore Sahara desert in 4-day desert tour from Fez to Merzouga and Marrakech. Our private driver pick you up from hotel. We explore Middle Atlas mountains in Ifrane, famous ski resort , called as Switzerland of Morocco for its architecture.
We continue to Azrou cedar forest, then Midelt and Errachidia. We pass amazing Ziz valley and we visit fossils in Erfoud. We explore local souk in Rissani before we reach Merzouga desert. Dinner and accommodation in local desert riad.
Day 2 : Excursion in Merzouga desert
Guided tour in desert with local guide. We explore desert in 4×4. We visit Khamlia, Hassilabiad and Rissani. Later you prepare for a camel trek to Merzouga dunes and we stay in desert camp overnight.
You will enjoy amazing view while crossing desert dunes in Erg Chebbi.
After watching Merzouga sunset, our dinner will be served near camp and we listen to Berber music. You stay overnight in desert tents of Merzouga.
Day 3 : Merzouga desert – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges
On 3rd day of our private Morocco tour we enjoy desert sunrise. Then we drive to Rissani and we enjoy amazing views of Tinghir and nearby Todra valley, which is narrow canyon famous for rock climbers. We visit Dades valley where we stay overnight in local riad with dinner.
Day 4 : Dades Gorges – Ouarazatte – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech
Today we drive to valley of Roses, Skoura and we visit Ouarzazate main sights. We visit Unesco site – kasbah of Ait Beehaddou in private and guided tour. We continue to Marrakech crossing High Atlas mountains. The private driver of “Desert Camel Tours” will drop you off at your accommodation in Marrakech.
